I am a dedicated and diligent trainer with extensive experience in delivering high-impact training across Namibia. My expertise spans from metallurgical processing to critical safety disciplines such as Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Hot Work, Risk Assessment, and Heavy Mobile Equipment operation, as well as essential workplace safety protocols. In addition to my training background, I am a competent Django web developer with a strong foundation in back-end development and front-end design. My skill set includes graphic design and UI/UX best practices, enabling me to create user-friendly, visually appealing, and functionally robust web applications tailored to client and industry needs. I thrive in roles that demand both technical proficiency and people-centered engagement, and I take pride in delivering solutions—whether in the classroom, on-site, or online—that drive real-world results. As an avid autodidact, I continue to learn and grow, with the hope to provide interesting and impactful training!
